SHAAAAAAAARK
Back from a little sun in the Bahamas with the family for spring break, and I wish I could tell you that I took all your reading suggestions and read through 3-4 books during the week.
But I cannot.
Because they had waterslides there. With sharks in it.
But now that I’m back, I will start to tackle that list and get a’ readin’. Because there are no waterslides here. Or sharks.
I also did want to mention a couple new things that I’m watching-
Paradise (Hulu)
Loved the first season of this, and 5 episodes into the second, it’s more than keeping my attention. Fascinating characters and an interesting dystopian world, this show could’ve marketed itself with ‘FOR SOHMER’.
Highly recommend you get on this train.
Scrubs (Hulu)
While not the typical Scifi/Fantasy I usually talk about, Scrubs has a special place in my heart as one of my all time favorite sitcoms. Comedy with heart, the first 8 seasons of this show was gold (there was no ninth season).
I was nervous about the reboot, but 3 episodes in, honestly, it’s like no time has passed. Great new cast, Turk doesn’t age like some type of magical vampire, and the heart of the show beats all the same.
If you loved the original (and why wouldn’t you), this is that, just a couple decades later.
